Shipping your SkillMaster® 

Where is SkillMaster shipped from?

  • SkillMaster® ball rebounder, is shipped from our stores here in Ireland to all customers on the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The shipping rate of €25.00.
  • Sports accessories and back up parts, are shipped at €10.00. (multiples of these stock items may be shipped per box) 

Can I ship to an alternate address? 

  • Yes, you can. The first form in the checkout process is a separate shipping form.
  • Please use this as the address where you want our courier to deliver your package.
  • If you have any special delivery instructions , please leave them in customer notes.
  • Especially if it's a special occasion! Please let us know about such instructions in our customer notes. 

How soon will I have my SkillMaster® Ball Rebounder | GAA Rebounder? 

  • Generally, all orders will be with the customer in 3 days from purchase date.
  • In peak times that can add up to 2 days.
  • If ordering for Christmas or other special occasions please order 5 working days in advance.
  • At Christmas we will put up last order dates on the website. 

Who delivers the SkillMAster® Ball Rebounder | GAA Rebounder? 

  • All our deliveries are delivered by fastway couriers. Collected at our stores and shipped nationwide. 

Can I leave special instructions for delivery driver? 

  • Yes we have notes area in the cart section to share instructions with the Fastway driver. 

Do I get confirmation of delivery?

  • Yes you get an email saying order received. Then you will get a notification email from Fastway saying you SkillMaster is on the way.  

Packaging. 

How does SkillMaster® come packaged?

  • SkillMaster® comes in two brown cardboard boxes with Skillmaster by The Kick Company printed on the cover. Box 1 = 1340mm x 340mm x 95mm. Box 2 = 1460mm x 340mm x 95mm. 

Do sandbags, grass pins, and hardground clamps come supplied?

  • Yes, the 4 blue sandbags come in the kit, along with the 6 grass pins and 4 steel clamps with bolts for permanent fixing to hard ground. 

Is there description on the boxes?

Yes, printed on each of the two boxes is; SkillMaster by The Kick Company in black bold ink with our logo on the top cover of each box. There are no pictures. Both boxes are brown cardboard.

What size is SkillMaster® Ball Rebounder | GAA Rebounder, when built?

  • SkillMaster® is 12 feet tall. 8 feet wide. 5 feet deep, (base) 

Collections. 

Can I collect SkillMaster at The Kick Company office?

  • Yes absolutely. Our address is Eircode H18 YW89. Please inform us one hour prior to your arrival. 

Can I pay before collection?

Yes we can accept card payments on site. Alternatively we can send an encrypted payment link through SUMUP via email or SMS. 

Will SkillMaster® boxes fit in a small Hatchback?

  • Yes, both boxes will fit in a hatchback car (VW Golf) with the rear seats folded down. Each box is 23 kilogrammes. Overall weight is 46kg.
